Chef Giuseppe takes care of the courses. With a long running experience from cookery schools to five stars restaurants in Italy and U.K. Giuseppe is happy to share his knowledge focusing on traditional central Italy cooking.

Giuseppe has been living in the U.K. for a long time, so he knows both italian and english culinary cultures and tastes. This will make it easier to find similarities and differences between the cultures and understand both better.

All courses will be held in english with the help of assistants and occasional guest chefs.
