The day of our italian cookery class.

Tha day starts smoothly at breakfast around 9 or 10 am. At around 11 am Giuseppe and the others will start preparing lunch to around 1 pm, our lunch time.
Those wishing extra practice, (as proper lesson is in the evening) can certainly join in. This is the time also for questions and doubts any of you might have regarding cooking.
After lunch it's free time until 5 pm, when evening lesson starts. We'll be having fun cooking up to 8 pm, then dinner and free time for everyone after dinner.
