For lovers of cooking and slow life, small groups courses Saturday to Saturday or long weekends held in english by Giuseppe, our experienced chef. Relaxing days of 'hands on' practice of italian cooking according to tradition.
We'll have fun cooking together in a convivial atmosphere and tasting all the delicious food the territory has to offer.

You'll be the guest of a recently restored 13° Century Agostinian Monastery right in the centre of Montelparo and overlooking the Monti Sibillini National Park.
Alternatively you can choose one of our farm guest houses nearby, with no extra fare.

Each course can have a day out to be spent on an excursion, a country walk up in the mountains, a day down an adriatic beach or partecipating to a village fiesta.

Courses are on May, June,
September and October.

The period has been chosen according to best climate conditions and nature's colours, away from busy July and August.
On May and June we have flowers blooming, trees' green gets stronger and many nights are lit up by fireflies.
September and October show the widest range of yellows and reds on woods all around.
